What is your returns policy?
All our items are genuine and are sourced directly
from the manufacturer. Before shipping your order, we do several levels of
quality checks, eliminating any chances of counterfeit products as we are
incapable to offer a return or a replacement to any of our listed products on
the website.
However, Queen Egypt offers its customers a simple
returns policy, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request for a product
within 7 working days of its delivery, in case of a damaged/missing/incorrect
product only, due to hygiene purposes.
Queen Egypt will refund card payment orders only if
the refund reason meets Queen Egypt’s terms and conditions.
How do I return something to you?
In case of receiving a damaged/missing/incorrect
product:
Step 1: Email our Customer Service team at
info@queeneg.net or through Queen Egypt's Instagram and Facebook direct
messages within 7 working days of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide us with your email, order number
details and an image/video of the product for our reference.
Step 3: Considering our policy above, we will organize
for our courier to collect the faulty items within 2-7 working days. We will
then initiate a credit note/voucher or a replacement once the products have
been received in their original, unopened, and unsealed packaging.
